Dr. Hartmut Ferenschild

Hartmut Ferenschild is a secondary school teacher (German / Philosophy) and General Manager of Internate.de. In the course of his career, he has been focusing on the marketing and PR of private boarding schools. He advises them in the field of communication and is probably one of the leading connoisseurs of the educational landscape in Europe. He has published countless articles offering the knowledge and experience he has optained not only as an 'outsider' but also as an 'insider' of boarding schools -  especially Schule Schloss Salem.

Sophie Weidlich, M.A.

There is probably nobody else amongst European educational consultants whose life has been as closely connected with boarding schools as hers. As the daughter of a British boarding school headmaster she visited Schule Schloss Salem until her graduation and even sent her own daughter to this prestigious school. After her studies (English / German) she worked in Salem as a teacher, mentor and archivist for many years.

Maria Handl

Mrs. Handl is our expert for office communication and responsible for accounting and advertisement marketing. As a mother of four, she is very familiar with problems regarding education and schooling.

Dipl.-Paed. Markku Sparwald

Having studied in Germany and the US with honour, he has gathered his work experience not only in these two countries but also in China. He has taught in several tertiary educational institutions and in one of the most famous boarding schools in Europe. He has focused on analytical consulting and marketing and is therefore a worthy member of our team.

Thomas Lindenmeyer, M.A.

Mr. Lindenmeyer grew up at Schule Schloss Salem and started his career there as a teacher and mentor. Over the years he has been Head of three prestigious boarding schools. He also founded the very successful summer camp at Louisenlund. We are therefore very pleased to have such an experienced educator as expert in our team.
